SX opened pulp pump is a new product ? which is combined advanced technology at abroad and specific needs for pumps ? at home. It is effective, anti-clogging and easy to install &maintain. ? Besides, it has good performance ? and no leakage when using. This pump is widely used for outlet of paper pulp ? in papermaking and pulping companies. Structural ? features: 1. This pump is BPO, no need to ? disassemble pipeline when maintain it 2. The impeller of it is ? three-vane (or six-vane) and opened which has a high efficiency and no need ? to be compensated by axial thrust. It is easy to maintain and hard to be ? blocked. 3. The pump shaft is supported ? by inlet bearing which is smoothed by oi or grease. The cylindrical roller ? bearing is installed at the end of pump and two angular contact ball bearings ? are installed at the driving end back-to-back. Moreover, the amplified shaft ? can ensure the pump operates without vibration. 4. The impeller was accurately ? casted and tested by dynamic balancing machine. | |||||
